It includes:

  • Installation Guideline.
  • Configuration of all our products.
  • Quick patches for valid bugs.
  • Assistance in changing Styles.

It excludes:

  • Code/Scripting/Programming training: This is a Joomla Template and extension club which exclusive supply templates and extensions and provide support relevant. We don't entertain a training request for any sort of coding or programming.
  • Modified themes/extenstion codes: Any modification by the user, in our theme/extensions code will make the support void. If changes are required, please do override it.
  • New features or customizations: Feature request or extensive modification to suit your unique requirement has to be dealt through Paid Development Request.
  • Server, system or Joomla setup: We do not hold responsibility to provide or set up your community server, configuring, the system with required libraries and applications or setting up Joomla CMS on your system.Please, go through our tutorials, you may find the solution you need.If the solution is not there, send us a mail, we will writeup a suitable tutorial for you in a shortest possible time.
  • Issues with 3rd party extensions: We should not be accountable to provide support for any third-party extensions. We believe, you should get a quality support from the extension providers.
  • FREE Templates/Extensions: There is no guaranteed support for free Templates/Extensions, unless it is a bug. However, whatever is the request is in this regard, we shall serve our best yet, paid users are the priority.

Subscription and Support Details

  • Only the regirtered Domains shall get our support.
  • Support communication medium shall be english.
  • Support is delivered exclusively in our Support Forum. No commitment for real-time support via instant messaging systems such as Skype or any Live Chat. Official support is provided from Monday to Friday, from 10:00AM to 06:00PM GMT +6 (Dhaka, Bangladesh).
  • We guarantee a reply within a maximum of 24h for technical issues.
  • Sales & Billing issues will be handled within one 12h.

As noted above, if you send out an unsolicited message, your account may be terminated without prior notice. One strike and you're out. Moreover, you will feed our anti-spam filter with keywords so that you can't spam us again.
